Heartworm Awareness Month
April is National Heartworm Awareness Month. Every month should be heartworm awareness month in South MS due to the prevalence of the disease. Mosquitos transmit the worms to your pets where they can cause severe damage to the lungs and heart and eventually death. Prevention is affordable and effective, whereas treatment is costly and with side effects. Monthly prevention is about the same cost as a 2 Vente Mocha Lattes. Make sure your prevention is current, and if not come by the clinic to pick-up some more. If you have lapsed we can do a simple blood test and begin prevention again.

Refund Policy: To return or exchange any product, please contact our hospital within 30 days of the original purchase. No return will be considered after 30 days from the purchase date. Most products may be returned for the full purchase price, less shipping. In the case of product replacement due to damage, defect, or miss-ship, shipping charges will be waived. * When returning a product/requesting a refund, you will need to provide: o The product(s) description and quantity to be returned/credited. o The reason for return. o The order number and date of purchase. Once we have the information we will determine whether to replace the product with like product or issue a refund/credit. * If a credit is issued, it will generally be credited back to your credit card within 2-5 business days of receipt of the returned product for the full purchase price (including tax) paid for the product(s). o Freight will not be credited, except when charged incorrectly or in case of supplier shipping errors. Shipping/Delivery Policy: We currently use the following carriers: U.S. Postal Service (USPS), and UPS. If you're trying to estimate when a package will be delivered, please note the following: credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing. All prescription items must be authorized by a veterinarian. A prescription approval request will be sent to your veterinarian and you will be notified via email with the status of your order.
